The INCOSE Canada Chapter has been proudly hosting Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification Study Groups since 2024, helping numerous systems engineers successfully achieve their SEP certification. Our goal is to help you maximize the value of your INCOSE membership while supporting your preparation for the SEP Knowledge Exam and Certification.

Reimbursement and Award Opportunities

In alignment with the Canada Chapter’s Strategic and Operational Plans, we offer reimbursement of the SEP Certification Study Group fee, along with awards for participating members. Study Group FAQs

12 weeks (1 session per week)

30 minutes (if attendees have more questions, the moderator will be available for another 10 minutes or via email)

It will be hosted online (Presentation, quiz, and Q&A)

INCOSE Canada hosts the study group at least once a year in Q1. Depending on participant interest and demand, an additional session may also be offered in Q3.

Thank you, Arman, for leading the cohort. I feel confident we can all pass the exam now. The study sessions were a great motivator for reading through and actually absorbing the Handbook. And thank you to everyone for participating! Speaking for myself, it was sometimes hard to find the time to get through the section for the week and write notes, but I'm glad I did, and I appreciate everyone's different perspectives and contributions. The overall graphics that were posted in the files section are particularly helpful for reference. Good luck everyone, and hopefully we will all be certified in a short while!
